Laurie did a great job at handling my estate sale. The internet marketing was excellent and most of my things sold. I moved out of my house, took what I wanted from my possessions, and left the rest behind for them to sell. Every time I made a phone call with a question, I received a timely response . . . from my initial phone call to questioning things I left behind. The house was left empty and clean and ready for the realtor to put on the market. I received my portion of the sale very quicky along with an itemized statement. From my very first contact with Lauriemy mind was put at ease with their capability. I would highly recommend EstateMAX.

My brother and I live out of state and needed to clear my parent’s house. They had lived in this house for over 40 years and it was really full. The Estate Max team did two visits to the house to understand the scope of the project. They set the date, advertised and executed the sale. After the sale they thoroughly cleaned out the house of trash and items for donation. This was all accomplished in time to meet the deadline to put the house on the market. We appreciate everything they did to help us navigate this process.

I had a great experience working Laurie from EstateMAX on a rather large sale. After the initial meeting to review the process and items to sell, Laurie and her team came back and photographed most of the items for social media and even posted a video. The four day sale was a great success. After the sale they cleaned out the house, donated acceptable items to charity and the unsellable items were disposed of.
I quickly received payment, receipts, and the donation list. I highly recommend EstateMAX and would definitely use them in the future.

My Sister, who was my mothers elderly live in care taker, unexpectedly passed leaving my mother unattended and alone in my childhood home. I live 2500 miles across the country and I had to make important decisions, quickly, as I needed to get my mother into assisted care, and figure out how to facilitate liquidating 3 generations of memories, unique and rare items and furniture, to prepare the house for market. Living so far away, it was impossible for me to do on my own. My family has lived in this house for over 50 years. It is close to every family memory I have. The house was full and complete. The Estate Max team worked with me, and a very close family friend, to understand the scope of the project, and the steps involved. It was not a simple project. Laurie and her team empathized, understood, and facilitated my emotional, and difficult position and situation. She went above and beyond from organizing, advertising, selling, and clean up. They cleaned everything which was impressive in itself. I truly appreciate everything Estate Max has done. It was a lot of work, and I respect that. We appreciate everything they did to help my mother and I navigate this difficult and emotional process.

EstateMax was one of the best decisions we made when we lost my wife’s beloved twin sister. Emotions were very high at the time, my wife shared everything with her sister, and it was very stressful going through all the memories left behind and wondering what to do with everything. We called Laurie Zook, owner of EstateMax for her assistance. She was there immediately, assuring us she would take care of everything. She was so knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate in the way she handled it all. She worked multiple weekends, constantly staying in touch and keeping us abreast of everything making sure the outcome was a total success and much to our satisfaction. I highly recommend EstateMax to anyone, you will not regret the commendable service you receive!

Recently faced with handling the estate of a family member, I was referred to EstateMax. Once engaged, EstateMax took over completely. They scheduled, advertised, and held a three-day sale on the estate property. After the sale I received a detailed list of sold items, as well as a receipt for donated items. Laurie and Steve turned, what was to me an overwhelming assignment, into a worry-free experience and did so with expertise and professionalism.

Laurie and Steve did a great job leading us through a difficult process. They were available on our schedule and efficiently organized promotion and execution of the sale. We were happy with the value we received and very pleased to have the house cleaned out for the new owners. I recommend Estate Max to handle liquidations. Efficient and professional. Thanks!
