My Sister, who was my mothers elderly live in care taker, unexpectedly passed leaving my mother unattended and alone in my childhood home. I live 2500 miles across the country and I had to make important decisions, quickly, as I needed to get my mother into assisted care, and figure out how to facilitate liquidating 3 generations of memories, unique and rare items and furniture, to prepare the house for market. Living so far away, it was impossible for me to do on my own. My family has lived in this house for over 50 years. It is close to every family memory I have. The house was full and complete. The Estate Max team worked with me, and a very close family friend, to understand the scope of the project, and the steps involved. It was not a simple project. Laurie and her team empathized, understood, and facilitated my emotional, and difficult position and situation. She went above and beyond from organizing, advertising, selling, and clean up. They cleaned everything which was impressive in itself. I truly appreciate everything Estate Max has done. It was a lot of work, and I respect that.
